After a successful pilot, the sharer software for MiDatabank is now generally available. Comprising a loader and viewer, Trusts will now be able to upload and share selected anonymised enquiries with one another over the internet. Dr Steve Moss, MD of CoAcS, addressed the UKMi conference in Birmingham on 12th September 2014 (see photo).

From today, the CPD software is available on tablet devices. In particular this version is an HTML web-application that offers iPad users a way to record their CPD entries. Currently it is a 'lite' version and below are a couple of examples of how this version differs from the full version of CPDOnline.

CoAcS' popular Guinea Pig Ileum (GPI) teaching package is now available for the Apple iPad. It has been re-written in HTML5 and this will make it more widely accessible across more devices. As one of the most widely used College of Pharmacy teaching and learning aids, we hope more students can now take advantage of the interactive content. Other packages like Basic Calculations and Pharmacokinetics are following as part of our commitment to pharmacy learning.

We are pleased to announce the resumption of the CPD system for pharmacists in Sudan. The CPD software, written and hosted CoAcS, will provide CE content and enable pharmacists to improve their knowledge and to record their personal development during their career.

The Nahdi Medical Company, of Saudi Arabia, is to use ePMRx in some of its pharmacies.

The educational version of ePMRX is now being used in the Faculty of Pharmacy, Medical University of Warsaw. The labeling and patient medicines record system software uses Polish language for many parts of the software, including label printing. ePMRx enables teaching staff to distribute prescriptions to individual students and record student activities with minimum effort.

On 14th June, Leeds hospital staff presented a case study at the EULAR conference in Madrid. The presentation was billed as "The implementation of a novel software application (MiDatabank) to record, triage and manage telephone calls to the Leeds Rheumatology Outpatients' Department"
